So yesterday I found out that I am even more flexible than I thought. With a good warm up I’m one of those people that you hate to watch streach because they can go insainly far.

It’s been at least 6 years since I’ve atempted a split even and I almost did a full split. If I would have taken my shoes off I might have pulled one off.

One of the personal trainers there decided to teach a class at 5 am. Well I agreed to participate. And well this morning I could barley walk my legs and butt were so sore…. I felt like i had weights in my muscles that prevented them from moving.
So what did I do?
Went back to the gym today.
Twice…

At 5am and this afternoon. And I have to say my legs feel much better after walking for 35 mins.

And tomorrow I get to start it all over again. This weekend will be recovery for me. And with lots of more walking to relieve the soreness that will be the result of tomorrow.
